The Solution

Octopus EV partnered with Cruit to launch a dedicated, branded employee referral platform. The launch combined multiple touchpoints: Slack announcements, printed flyers with QR codes, and integration into the onboarding process so new hires understood how to refer from day one.

To maintain momentum, Octopus EV implemented ongoing engagement through weekly company meetings featuring Cruit presentations, success stories shared on Slack, and consistent reminders in company communications. The platform's intuitive design, particularly its mobile app functionality, proved to be a game-changer, allowing employees to easily share roles from anywhere, anytime.
