Terms of service

These terms govern your access to and use of the Cruit website and platform. By using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must provide accurate information and use a valid work email to create an account.

Your first month is free. After that, plans are priced by company size, and rewards are invoiced in arrears at one credit to the euro every two weeks. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it to send content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Cruit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
