The one thing that's never free is the rewards themselves: those are real money going to your people, so we invoice you every two weeks for the rewards you've actually paid out, and nothing more. No rewards handed out, nothing to invoice. After 30 days your chosen plan begins. Cancel before then and the only thing you've paid for is the rewards you chose to give.
