Without real-time updates or a central platform, communication gaps grew, and employees felt disconnected from the hiring process. Engagement suffered, despite the program’s clear success.
Now, Studytube has set a new goal: 30% of all hires via referrals. To get there, it’s rethinking its approach—looking to streamline the process, increase transparency, and make it easier and more rewarding for employees to refer top talent.
