The Solution

The introduction of Cruit allowed NRG-Office to have a new referral system, making it easier for employees, including those working on-site with clients (secondees), to track and follow up on their referrals. The app's gamified challenges encouraged participation and made the process more enjoyable for employees who are often difficult to reach.

NRG-Office worked with Cruit to introduce a new feature that allows employees to refer not just job candidates, but also potential business clients. This expanded their recruitment program into a commercial growth opportunity. The platform created structure and provided clearer insight into new vacancies or interim-assignments.
