NRG-Office is a leading recruiting agency specializing in connecting businesses with top talent, particularly through detached hires. These hires are crucial for NRG-Office's business model, as they provide staffing solutions to their clients. Facing challenges in attracting quality candidates, especially those working in-house for NRG-Office's customers, NRG-Office decided to implement Cruit to enhance their referral program. To ensure that we get the most out of our joint network, NRG-Office decided to work with Cruit as their referral program.

Without a referral program, NRG faced challenges in tapping into the potential of their employees' networks. The absence of a structured approach made it difficult to encourage participation and maximize the recruitment capabilities of their workforce, especially those working on-site with clients.

The app's gamified challenges encouraged participation and made the process more enjoyable for employees who are often difficult to reach.
NRG-Office worked with Cruit to introduce a new feature that allows employees to refer not just job candidates, but also potential business clients. This expanded their recruitment program into a commercial growth opportunity. The platform created structure and provided clearer insight into new vacancies or interim-assignments.
